Vars
NTNet	Reference to NTNet. This is mostly for backwards reference and to allow varedit modifications from ingame.
dos_capacity	Amount of DoS "packets" in buffer required to crash the relay.
dos_dissipate	Amount of DoS "packets" dissipated over time.
dos_failure	Set to TRUE if the relay failed due to (D)DoS attack
dos_overload	Amount of DoS "packets" in this relay's buffer.
dos_sources	List of backwards reference for qdel() stuff
enabled	Set to FALSE if the relay was turned off
